There are concerns that laws of the Chinese Communist Party are being enforced in the United States. A Customs officer with Customs and Border Protection recently tried stopping performers with Shen Yun Performing Arts, allegedly not by using American law, but instead by citing CCP hate propaganda that suppress religion and freedom of expression. The incident has led to calls from lawmakers for a government investigation, and is bringing added attention to a pattern of attacks from the CCP and its agents within the United States.
